An apology to everyone who has supported me throughout the past few years! I have been taking a break from being a Pastry Chef as some of you may have noticed. I am no longer at 12th Avenue Grill or at Sam Choy's since June of 2007. I am an Assistant Pastry Cook at the Halekulani right now so you can't find my desserts anywhere on the island for the time being. The reason for my haitus is that I can make more money at the Halekulani than I can being a Pastry Chef at a small restaurant, since the Halekulani is a hotel and a corporation. I need the money in order to one day open up my own bakery cafe. Hopefully in two years. So don't forget about me! I hope to see all of you at my bakery in a couple of years! If you are craving one of my desserts or baked goods, I am able to fill small orders out of my parents kitchen - if anyone is interested just send me an e-mail. Only thing is that you'll have to come by and pick it up yourself. The only items that I will not be able to produce are the sticky buns and croissants. Thank you all for your support once again!
